We offer free standard shipping on many global orders $50+.
Generally, we are unable to update your shipping address. If you have just placed an order, please contact our official support@cakulo.com immediately to help change your address. Please check whether the product and delivery address are correct before placing an order. Once an order is placed, it will be difficult to change or cancel. To ensure your package is delivered correctly, please make sure your address is complete and correct, including apartment/suite/room number.
First, you can ask your family or neighbors if they saw it.
At the same time, if any questions, you can also call the logistics company for confirmation.

If you still can't find the package after doing the above, please contact support@popilushmail.com and we will be happy to solve it for you.
If in between sizes, please choose a larger size if you prefer a comfortable fit.
We currently are unable to offer a free return service, so you will have to pay for the shipping return.
To ensure a successful return, please contact us again and update the tracking number of your return.
Once our Customer Service Team has processed your return, your updated invoice should be visible in your Afterpay/Klarna/shop pay portal. If you’ve returned part of your order, your Afterpay/Klarna/shop pay payment schedule will be adjusted.
You should expect to receive your refund from AfterPay within 10 business days. For more information about your Afterpay/Klarna/shop pay account, please contact Afterpay/Klarna/shop pay directly.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us and we'll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible. Make sure to include the information below:
1. Your order number
2. The photo of damaged/defective item
If you've received a package with an item missing, it's most likely one of two things:
- To get your orders to you as fast as possible, some orders may arrive in separate packages. Check your confirmation email to see if your order will arrive in multiple packages.
- If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact support@cakulo.com so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.
If you want to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email including the order number and the item you want to cancel/exchange.
We cannot cancel/exchange orders which have been shipped out. If it has been shipped out, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us for return/exchange.
